ONLY the Faction leader can declare KOS on another faction. However we are RPK. But we will still have some KOS. If you which a faction to be put on KOS give legit reasons, Screen-shots and so on. We do not KOS just cause somebody killed you once.

If you want KOS on a faction, send a PM to guild leader or Director. Then we will set up an officer meeting to talk through what to do.
